Return Policy: You may return unopened, new or defective items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received the wrong or faulty item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund the day after we receive your package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund the same day. If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping: For United States addresses we typically ship the next   business day USPS First Class with tracking information sent to buyers.
