1- Steel framing Kit only with no installation excluding concrete foundation @ $30 sq.ft. 18,000 + tax & shipping cost. No labor or any other material like windows, doors , interior framing & drywall, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bathroom fixtures are included. All building permits and related fees are buyer’s responsibility plus concrete slab, erection interior finishing, roof insulation and covering, plumbing, HVAC. Optional construction certified architectural & engineering documents for permitting ( please request a quote) and steel framing assembly only in Denver area @ $ 12 per sq.ft.

2- Installation of the steel framing kit by independent contractors on a concrete slab,7/16 OSB sheathing, windows, exterior doors, house wrap, windows , door, siding & roofing options. Certified architectural & engineering construction documents provided to meet city or county 2024  IBC code. Appprox Cost @ $ 50/70 per Sq.Ft.

 Cost to build will vary depending on  location, the selected materials and local building requirements. Including foundation on slab, we roughly estimate cost to build this unit at standard level will range between $180-$200 per SQ/FT.  TOTAL COST $108,000-$120,000.
