2- Installation of the steel framing kit on a concrete slab,7/16 OSB sheathing, windows, exterior doors, house wrap, spray foam insulation. Certified  architectural & engineering construction documents provided to meet city or county 2024  IBC code. Approx Cost $ 60/80 Per Sq.
